A damp, dripping cave, scents of the sea intermingled with exotic incense, excitement, nerves, slippery stones, waves breaking, stones shifting….. All senses on ‘alert’ at this stage of Annah’s story which is what I wanted to convey through colour, treatment of media and an expression.
